Immersions & Trainings in your Community

I would be delighted to share my love and enthusiasm for Anusara® Yoga in your community. Please contact me if you would like to offer an Immersion Series, Yoga Workshop or Training. I look forward to working with you.

Immersions

The Anusara Immersion program takes you on a journey into the heart of Anusara Yoga through asana, philosophy, pranayama, meditation, anatomy and physiology. The Immersion series is perfect for those wishing to explore the mysteries and profound practices of this method of yoga. There is no pressure to teach yoga or any instruction on how to teach, only the pleasure and challenge of plumbing the depths of this practice.

John Friend, the founder of Anusara Yoga, has developed a new curriculum for Anusara Immersions that focus on "studentship." Through the Immersion series you will become a better student of yoga. This Series is also a requirement for the three-part Teacher Training Series and for future Anusara Inspired™ and Certifed Teachers.

Taught by Anusara® Certified Teacher Nora Maskey and assisted by Anusara Inspired™ Teacher Judy Nyberg

Immersion Prerequisites

The Immersion series is open to all students and teachers who have a minimum of 30 hours of classroom instruction by an Anusara Inspired or Certified teacher.
