Private Yoga Classes

Benefits of Personalized Sessions:

Traditionally, yoga was taught one-on-one. Private Yoga Sessions are an excellent way to achieve the benefits of yoga, customize your practice to meet your needs and goals and receive the individualized attention you need to get more out of your yoga practice.

Reasons For Scheduling a Private Yoga Session Include:

* Rehabilitating your injuries
* Working deeply on a specific area of your body
* Developing a customized daily practice
* Modifying postures and exploring alternatives to accommodate your physical ability
* Refining your alignment in the asanas
* Deepening and expanding your existing practice into new areas
* Integrating your practice with other physical activities.

I can accommodate group sessions of up to four people and the cost of the lesson can be shared. Each session is scheduled for one hour.

Cancellation Policy:

Please provide 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your Private Yoga Session. Cancellations without adequate notice and missed appointments will be charged the full session fee. Arriving late will reduce your lesson time.
